From 1 to 3 September 2026, representatives of the MISIO project team will take part in a specialist training course at the Siemens Digital Experience Center (DEX) in Piacenza, Italy.
The training will be the first major training activity carried out within the MISIO project. It will bring together 8 participants – 7 teaching staff members from Lublin University of Technology and 1 representative of a foreign research centre.
The programme will focus on Siemens NX CAM, modern manufacturing technologies and the virtualisation of production processes. Led by experts with international experience, the training will have a strong practical focus and will help participants further develop their skills in CAM programming and production process optimisation.
The knowledge and experience gained during the training will support the preparation and implementation of the Intensive International Education Programme (IMPK) developed within the MISIO project.
The training is organised as part of the MISIO project, funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).
